Renaissance Mood

This photograph is from the Central Coast Renaissance Festival (California). The light was "manageable," which, at renaissance faires, is very often the best that it gets. The result was initially disappointing: it did not evoke the time or persona of the reenacted situation. On a later review, I reprocessed the photograph to achieve this result. This rendition has gotten good reviews and a First Place Award. It delivers "the moment."
