Dancer in Red

The light was nearly impossible to work with, giving lots of lens flare when shooting toward the sun. If they had started just half an hour sooner, I think that I could have gotten many more nice photos of the dancing. Nevertheless, this one delivers the goods, with good backlight and crisp definition. The girl in bright red fairly jumps out of the photograph and, of course, the direct eye contact is a huge plus. I am not so keen on the van in the background.
