Spooner's Cove

We believe that we picked the coldest, windiest day of the last fifty years to visit Montana de Oro State Park in California. It was windy here, at the cove, and windier still on the bluffs above. The hiking was unpleasant, and we looked forward to returning to the camper— our new camera bag—to warm up.
