Hinkley Ruin

PG&E knowingly poisoned the Hinkley water supply and lied about it. The case went to court and management got busted. But management didn't go to jail. They hid behind incorporation laws and the corporation paid the cost of settlements. I suppose customers paid higher rates to pay for those settlements. We could put an end to most corporate misdeeds by eliminating incorporation laws and holding managers responsible for their actions.
