Early Days at San Juan Bautista

Trappers, miners and other mountain people set up camp outside the mission, and displayed their crafts and the fruits of their labors. The blacksmiths were busy at the forge. The carriage house and other areas were open for viewing. The photography opportunities were plentiful and good, and a few of the results are presented here.
